It is an optical component that processes hole structures on optical window plates, which can accurately control parameters such as hole position, diameter, and depth to meet the requirements of different optical systems. Used for spectral analysis instruments, optical sensors, etc.
Basic structure:
1. A through-hole is machined in the center or at a specific location of an ordinary optical window sheet (e.g., quartz, glass, etc.).
2. The shape of the hole is usually round, or square or other shapes can be customized according to requirements.
Functions:
1. Optical path is processed in sub-areas:
(1) Hole region: Allow the beam to pass through unobstructed (e.g. main optical path).
(2) Non-aperture area: Maintains the transmission or reflection characteristics of the window (e.g. for reflected or reference light for auxiliary light paths).
2. Provides physical space for other elements in the optical path (e.g., reflector holder, detector).
Key Parameters:
1. Aperture size: designed according to spot diameter and avoidance needs, needs to be larger than the beam diameter to avoid blocking.
2. Aperture position: center aperture or eccentric aperture, depending on the optical path layout.
3. Material: common fused silica (UV-IR), K9 glass (visible), ZnSe (IR), etc.
4. Surface treatment: e.g. AR coating, to minimize reflection loss.
